  • Prior Knowledge

Administering NGINX for Web Services is the foundation of your NGINX training. As such, no prior NGINX training is required. The course assumes a basic understanding of networking, web servers, HTTP, load balancing, caching, proxying, and related concepts. Hands-on labs are performed on a graphical desktop in a Linux environment. The lab materials are located on the Desktop and can be launched easily in a viewer and positioned for ease of copy and paste and step-by-step execution of the labs.

Attendees will additionally need to be able to navigate the file system from the command line and edit configuration files using VI/VIM. Additional experience with Linux environments will be helpful.
