When you are invited to participate in F5 exam development activities on our CertiVerse platform for the first time, you will need to accept the invitation as well as create a new account using the "sign-up" function of the system.
Future invitations will simply require you to accept them and login using your existing account.
Welcome Email:
Although the email may be worded differently based on what you are being invited to do (JTA, Item Writing, etc.), you will receive an invitation similar to the following:
Clicking the "Accept Invitation" button will launch a browser window and take you to the Certiverse platform.
First Time Logging In:
The first time you access CertiVerse, you will need to "Sign-Up". First, click the "Login" link in the top-right of the CertiVerse home page.
Then, when you see the login screen, click "sign-up":
This will give you access to the sign-up tab:
You can sign-up with CertiVerse using existing GitHub, Google, or LinkedIn credentials; OR, you may create a CertiVerse specific login by providing your email address, the password you wish to use, your first and last names, and click the "Sign Up" link.
To sign-up with an existing account, please click the appropriate link and follow the directions to authenticate with that account.
If you are signing up with a new CertiVerse account, once you have completed the initial sign up process, you will receive an email like the following:
Click the "Verify Now" link, which will take you back to the CertiVerse login page to login with the email address and password you registered with.
Once you successfully login the first time, you will be prompted to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA) to secure access to your account. You will be presented a QR-code for use in enrolling into your preferred MFA solution (i.e., Google Authenticator, DUO, or other).
Once enrolled, enter the supplied passcode in the box and click the "next" arrow. Finally, you will be presented with a "recovery code" to enable access to CertiVerse in the event that you lose or otherwise do not have access to your MFA device code.
Copy the code and put it in a safe, secure place; check the box confirming that you have done so; and, click the "next" arrow.
You have now successfully completed the first time CertiVerse login process:
Click the "continue" link to begin working in CertiVerse.
