Answer:
You will get a "duplicate account" error if you try to register for an F5 Certified account (and F5 Candidate ID) using the same email address as one that already exists in the system.
There are two primary reasons why you may see this error:
- You are trying to create a new account because you cannot remember your F5 Candidate ID, or password; or,
- You have an old account from our previous candidate management system, but have never logged into our new system.
