When we migrated to the current candidate portal (2016), we sent emails to all registered users with instructions for reclaiming their accounts on the new system. Unfortunately, many of those accounts had invalid email accounts preventing us from reaching all candidates.
When these candidates attempt to login to the system, they have difficulty doing so. Why can't I login to the F5 Candidate Portal?
If this is your situation, you may still reclaim your account:
Go to the First Time Login page:
Use the appropriate selection from the dropdown menu (email or User ID) to help the system identify your account and click the "submit" button.
You will receive an email from the system, click the link in the email and complete setting your password and updating your demographic information.
