There are many reasons why you might not be able to login to the candidate portal, but here are a few of the most common reasons:
- You have not enrolled in the F5 program and do not have an account; How do I enroll in the F5 Certified Professionals program?
- You have forgotten your password or, you are attempting to use your email address as your login ID, instead of your F5 candidate ID (ex: F50123456789). What is an F5 Candidate ID?
- You had an account on our OLD candidate portal and never claimed your account on the new one; How do I reclaim my old certification account on the current Candidate Portal?
