You can schedule, reschedule, or cancel exam appointments at Pearson VUE via the candidate portal. 

To Reschedule or Cancel:

1. Login to the F5 Candidate portal;
2. Select the "Schedule an exam" block on the home page, or "Scheduling" in the left navigation;
3. Select the appropriate link at the bottom of the table to reschedule or cancel your exam as appropriate.
4. You will be automatically logged into the test delivery provider to complete the process;
5. Follow the directions to reschedule or cancel your exam.

To Reschedule or Cancel an existing test appointment with Pearson VUE, go to "Scheduling" in the candidate portal, and click the "Reschedule/Cancel at Pearson Vue" link on the exam card.
